If you use our platform, you may also upload deal documents, financial data, client information, and other materials related to your firm's operations.

Information from your use of the platform. When you use the Verdalyze platform, we collect usage data such as login times, features accessed, and actions taken. This helps us maintain and improve the service. We do not read or analyse the content of your deal documents for any purpose other than delivering the service you have engaged us to provide.

Information from our website. We use basic analytics to understand how visitors interact with verdalyze.com. This may include pages visited, time on site, and referral source. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Deliver the managed services and platform access you have engaged us for.
• Respond to your enquiries and communicate about our services.
• Maintain, improve, and secure the platform.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your firm's deal data with third parties for their own purposes.

Your firm's deal data

Deal documents, financial models, client lists, pipeline data, and any other materials you upload to the platform or share with us as part of a services engagement belong to your firm. We access this data only to deliver the services you have asked for. We do not aggregate, anonymise, or repurpose your deal data. We do not share it with other clients or any third party, except where necessary to deliver the service (for example, cloud hosting providers) and only under strict confidentiality.

Third-party services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate the platform and our website. These may include cloud hosting (such as OVH or similar European providers), email delivery, analytics, and scheduling tools. We select providers that offer appropriate data protection and we do not share more data with them than is necessary.

Data security

We take the security of your data seriously. We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure. If you become aware of any security issue, please contact us immediately at contact@verdalyze.com.

Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as we have an active services relationship with your firm. If you stop using our services, we will delete or return your data within 90 days of the end of the engagement, unless we are required by law to retain it for longer. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
