Deal work is confidential by definition, so security is a design constraint, not a feature. Everything we build runs inside the firm's own environment, typically its Microsoft tenant. Client information never sits on our servers and never trains anyone else's models.
Why it matters
Confidentiality is the business. The systems have to match it.
An advisory firm's whole offer rests on discretion. Mandates are price-sensitive, buyer lists are relationships built over years, and one mishandled document can cost a client and a reputation. Any system that touches deal work has to treat that as the starting constraint, not a compliance afterthought.
That is why everything we build runs in your environment, typically your Microsoft tenant: your access controls, your audit trail, your offboarding. We never warehouse client data on our own infrastructure, nothing is pooled across firms, and nothing trains anyone else's models. We work within UK GDPR and whatever additional requirements your firm carries.
How we approach it
How we deliver this service.
01
Your tenant, your controls
Systems deploy into infrastructure you control, under permissions your IT or IT provider has signed off. We hold access you grant, not copies of your data.
02
Least access by default
Access is scoped by role and by deal, so people see the mandates they are on rather than everything the firm holds.
03
Verifiable, not just promised
Sensitive activity is logged and encryption is applied as a baseline, so when a client asks how their information is handled, the answer can be shown rather than asserted.
What this covers
What this looks like in practice.
01
Systems deployed in your own environment
Everything runs in infrastructure you control, typically your Microsoft tenant.
02
Access control by role and by deal
People see the mandates they are on, not everything the firm holds.
03
Audit trails on sensitive activity
Who saw what and when, recorded and reviewable.
04
Encryption in transit and at rest
Modern encryption applied as the baseline, not an optional extra.
05
No client data used to train external models
AI features are configured so client information never trains anyone else's models.
06
Clean retention and offboarding
Clear rules for what is kept, for how long, and what happens when people or vendors leave.
